Who operates this site

Cloudry operates this website and the public forms used to request information and schedule a consultation. In this notice, “Cloudry,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operator of those services.

Questions or privacy requests may be sent to [email protected]. Please do not send passwords, payment details, government identifiers, or other sensitive information through the public intake forms.

Information you provide

We collect information you choose to provide when you tell us about an idea, request a consultation, manage a booking, or correspond with us. The public forms are intended for business inquiries, not for sensitive personal data.

  • Your name and email address.
  • An optional company name.
  • Your project brief, desired outcome, and other context you choose to share.
  • The broad service category and project-start timing you select.
  • Your selected meeting duration and time zone.
  • Consultation date, time, booking details, and booking-management actions.
  • Your privacy consent and related policy version.
  • Messages and other correspondence you send to Cloudry.

Necessary technical information

We collect limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the service. This may include browser and device characteristics, request timestamps, security logs, limited network information such as an IP address, and pseudonymized identifiers used to enforce rate limits.

We also use signed intake and booking cookies to maintain a short-lived, scoped session. These cookies contain limited identifiers and integrity information; they do not contain your project brief.

How we use information

We use personal information only for the business and operational purposes described in this notice.

  • Respond to your request and understand the outcome you want.
  • Offer, schedule, manage, and reconcile consultation bookings.
  • Send transactional communications about an inquiry or booking.
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability of the public service.
  • Prevent abuse, enforce request limits, and investigate security events.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect Cloudry, its visitors, and others.

Necessary cookies

At launch, Cloudry uses only cookies that are necessary for the intake and consultation experience. We do not use advertising cookies or non-essential analytics cookies.

The signed intake capability cookie generally expires within two hours. A signed booking-management cookie may remain available until twenty-four hours after the scheduled meeting ends so you can use the management link. Security controls may invalidate either cookie earlier.

When we share information

We share information only when needed to provide or protect the service. Depending on the action you request, service providers may include hosting and security providers, a calendar provider used to schedule consultations, an email provider used for transactional messages, and an operational communications provider used for internal notifications.

These providers receive only the information needed for their role. We may also disclose information to professional advisers or when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law, necessary to protect rights or safety, or needed to respond to a valid legal process.

No sale or behavioral advertising

Cloudry does not sell personal information. Cloudry does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and does not use personal information from these public forms to build advertising profiles.

How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, for security, and for legal or accounting obligations. Inactive inquiries and consultation records are reviewed at the twenty-four-month point and may be deleted or retained for a documented operational or legal reason.

Intake capabilities, rate-limit identifiers, and similar security records are short-lived or retained for a limited security window. If you become a client, project and account records will be governed by the applicable service terms and retention practices provided for that relationship.

Your choices and requests

You may ask Cloudry to provide access to, correct, or delete personal information associated with your inquiry. You may also ask us to stop optional communications. Transactional messages needed to manage a consultation or respond to a request may still be sent while that request remains active.

Send requests to [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and the scope of the request before acting. Some information may be retained when applicable law permits or requires it, including for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or recordkeeping.

Security

Cloudry uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. These measures include scoped signed capabilities, request limits, access controls, and provider boundaries.

No method of transmission, storage, or security control can guarantee absolute security. Please use the public forms only for the requested business information.

Children

Cloudry’s public services are intended for business users and are not intentionally directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

Changes and contact

We may update this notice as the public service, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of the page identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented through an appropriate notice before they take effect when required.

For questions, access, correction, deletion, or communication-choice requests, email [email protected] and describe the request without including sensitive information.
